Tax Preparation Locations

Required Items

Bring with you the following items:
  • Picture I.D.
  • All income tax information (W-2’s, 1099's, 1098, etc.) for tax year
  • Social Security information for all persons on return
  • Documents for all deductions
  • 2017 Health Coverage Statement (1095-A, B or C)
  • Copy of previous year's tax return (if available)
  • Complete bank account information for direct deposit
